Chicken patties

2 tbsp butter
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, pressed
3 cup cooked chicken
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 large egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp low-fat mayo
2 tsp Tony's
oil for frying

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add vegetables and saute till tender. Stir everything together. Shape mixture into patties and fry 3 minutes on each side.
