Slow cooker creamy chicken

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 frozen chicken breasts
1 packet of Italian salad dressing mix
1 tsp minced garlic
8 oz cream cheese

Mix soup, broth, garlic, and dressing mix. Place chicken in crock pot and cover with the mixture. Cook on low for 6 hours (4 hours if breasts were not frozen). Add cream cheese and cook on high for 30 minutes, when cheese is melted.

Serve over noodles.
