Wine spritzer

1 part wine : 3 parts flavored sparkling water

Peppermint Schnapps

1/2 cup sugar + 1 cup water, heated into simple syrup
3 cups 80 proof vodka
2 tsp. peppermint extract

Combine in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for several days, stirring occasionally.
