Coleslaw

1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 large carrot, shredded
1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 cabbage head- quartered, cored, and shredded
1/2 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon Tony's or seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Toss veggies with 2 tsp salt in a colander. Let sit about an hour, or until wilted. Rinse veggies under cold water, drain, and dry well. (This can be done the day before.)

Mix the sauce ingredients together and allow to stand for a few minutes. Combine the mayo mixture with the vegetables and toss. Chill for 1 hour.
