Chef salad

2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
3 oz cooked ham, cubed
2 oz cheddar, cubed
1 tomato, sliced
2-3 pepper rings
4 thinly sliced green onions
1 cup croutons
1 hard-boiled egg
3 tbsp fat-free ranch dressing
