Broccoli Salad

3 stems broccoli- cut into florets (1 cup = 1 serving)
1 cup chopped celery
½ purple onion, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins (2 fruit serving)
½ cup frozen peas, thawed (optional)
¼ cup bacon bits

Dressing
1 cup mayo
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
¼ cup sugar or packets of splenda
