Delicate pie crust


4 cups flour (scant)
1 ¾ cup butter, cut up
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp tequila
1 cup water
1 egg


Mix tequila and water and place in the freezer at least 10 minutes prior to beginning dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients and cut shortening into food processor. Beat 2/3 liquid and egg together in separate bowl. Add egg mixture, and blend with fork until moistened. Mold into 3-4 balls and chill for 15 min. Add more chilled liquid as needed.
