Chicken Dijon Pizza

2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 1/3 tbsp Dijon
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 16 oz Italian cheese-flavored crust, or 4 whole-wheat flatbreads
1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken breast
1 cup chopped plum tomato
1 cup chopped mushrooms
¾ cup shredded mozza
¼ cup crumbled feta
¼ cup Parmesan
¼ cup green onions

Preheat oven to 400.
Combine first three ingredients for the sauce. Assemble pizza and bake for 15 minutes.
