Turkey burgers

1 lb ground turkey
garlic powder
salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
4 toasted round rolls or French bread (whole wheat if dieting)
Mayo, low-cal (1 tbsp each burger)
swiss cheese, 1-ounce slices

Add all the flavoring to the ground turkey and be generous. Shape into 4 patties and cook in a large skillet on medium heat till done.
